Note to self: If you think a girl is pretty or nice, keep it to yourself (or share it with your buddies)
but never to the person you are referring to, for they might blush. As for other girls, just don't let them know, for they might get jealous also :P
p.s. was supposed to write on Compassionate Capitalism (but it's alright, there's always next time)
Changing The World
It all starts with one small step at a time

remain the same, and so does God's power to transform our lives and give us hope for the future."

Hey Guys
As you can tell, I've been posting up more than 10 posts in just 2 days as I will soon be really really busy.
Or can I say that I already am very busy.
I will try to keep it frequent, but I have other business to attend as well.
So, all I can say is I'll try.
You can also take this time to judge my blog by voting at the bottom section to the right.
Also, check out the "Jared's Pick" and "Changing The World " corner.
I really think those could be of great encouragement to you.
If you like funny and weird poetry that does not make any sense, check out the "Random Musings" corner.
Thanks for the support and I hope this blog and sharing does help =)

Juz Broke Out From Prison!
Came back from CF Prison Break Camp 08.
Aftercamp comments are such as, "it was okay, not too bad la."
But most of all, even though there weren't much activities (to me, compared to last year's)
I did once again questioned myself in many areas of my walk with God, and about my life.
Especially lately that I have started college once again, having my goals and focus set plus having my own small business and involvement in some movements, it is absolutely important for me to take time to reflect and think carefully about where I am standing right now and getting back to why I started what I started in the first place.
Surprising enough, I somehow got more out of the guy girl relationships part compared to the others.
Speaker Bro Hong Chong was great even though I really can't agree to everything that he mentioned but overall it was very encouraging and I really do hope I'm not the only one that has gotten something from camp (not including what I heard: that after every cf camp, at least one new couple will be born)
No worries, Jared fell for no girl and no girl fell for Jared (at least that's what I think, though there were girls that I did felt something by the way they looked into my eyes when they came and talked to me)
Know what, I'm still too shy when it comes to this (never improved at all through the years)
Not to mention I totally screwed the part when I was trying to recite the poem and sing the song I wrote to Elaine... Completely messed it up.
But I do hope I gave her a nice night if not a great one.
Gave a little more thinking about the "me to God and God to me to Girl to God-thingy" in which I haven't for months.
But honestly, life is good when I have a lot of female friends that remains just as friends, new girls like Leslie the interesting one, Joycelyn the joyful, the beautiful Elaine (my date), Sheryl the beauty queen and many others.
It's great to have such a friendship that has so much caring and love and it's just amazing.
Was also glad that I got Wei Li as my mortal, at least I don't have to risk being too sentimental or corny when writting (though I did cancel the poem I wrote and the singing part) but at least I know with Wei Li, I won't send out the wrong message while being nice at the same time.
Not forgetting it's just a game to be really nice to people afterall.
Nope, I have not forgotten my pretty boat angel, Su Wen.
She was nice enough to give me a simple but nice message (in the shape of a boat) everyday!
Well, if you're thinking to yaself now, "darn! I've missed it this year (Yee San and Bona)for example, then you must really go for camp next year!
You won't believe how much you've missed!
The part where Aaron never realised that someone was sleeping to him on the first night.
He thought it was a pillow but turned out, it was a Matthew! (okay, it's no longer funny but I still like that part, if only you saw Aaron's face)
Alright, until next time, laters!

An Interesting Day Starts With An Interesting Heart
First of all, didn't even plan to write today. Nope. Of all days... why today? Not a day that I've gotten great insights and yadda yedaa... blah blah bull...
Certainly could have written something sometime someday ago but no... why?
Cause I want to.
So today I just want to tell you a few things.
Seek first the kingdom of God and I believe all things will be given to you.
There's a verse like that but you go look up for it yourself.
Don't be a stubborn ass for then will miss the great opportunities in front of you.
Be open, do not be judgmental, take risks.
God first then priorities...
Alright, that's the good and serious stuff...
Next comes the also serious and good stuff...
Amy Tan says: "Right girl + wrong time = wrong girl"
(honestly, have not been thinking of the lovey dovey thingy for more than 6 months not until well... someday but just for a night, no harm done)
God is good all the time, very very good to me.
I constantly meet new girls and they just get prettier and nicer.
(maybe thats my reward for being a good and patient person)
NWC's birthday is coming soon and well, I don't know what to do, or more precisely, should I even be doing something.
To do something is to risk making another mistake or wrong impression... but hmm...
I believe in risks just... errrrr... nevermind.
Gosh, better stop before I become a windbag again...
To sum it all up, business is good, job is good, studies are great (aiming for D*ke and Y*le and a scholarship) Whooo hooo, so getting it.
"Why go through all that when I'm capable of so much more?"
(quoted from little Sereena's laptop wallpaper)
Okay... this time, I'm really ciao-ing...
